- My instrument is securely put together.
- I can make 2 or more different sounds with my instrument.
- I used materials found from home.
- I can demonstrate how my instrument works and show understanding of pitch.
- I completed my reflection with detail.

I was very impressed with the instruments that were created and presented to our class! We had everything from guitars to panpipes to drums to maracas! Great job, Grade 3′s. What was the most difficult thing about constructing your instrument? Was anything really easy?

The thing I thought was hard about building my instrument was cutting the straws. Something I thought was easy was finding the matetrials.I liked that project!!
Mrs.Cameron I did injoy the project . Because It was fun bulding all of those insterments.
The easyest thing for me was getting the string for my guitar. The hardest part was finding the peice of wood.
All of the instruments were great! But i think mine was the best. The hardest thing was the hot gluing everything. the easist thing was putting the elastics on because you just wrap it around the instrument. I really loved this project so much!!!
If I had made an instrument, I would have chosen a guitar. I would have put some elastic bands over a box. I would tighten some of the elastic bands and make a high pitch. I’ll make some of them looser for lower sounds. I would use some thicker elastic bands and some thin ones because I think they will make different noises.
I loved i tell you loved this project it was super fun. I think that the hardest part was putting the foam strips on. I thought everyones insterment was awesome!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
The hardest part for me was probably taping the neon paper on firmly and without it slipping. The easiest part was decorating the drums.it was FUN!!!!!!!!!!!!!

The hardest part was puting the beads in without spiling. The eastest thing was puting on the elastics on my instrument.
Making them instrments where real fun! It took me a long time to find all the materials at first ,but then they just poped out on me. I made a gutar it used to be a violin ,but when i stroked all of the strings they broke! i made the strings go thinest to thikest so it will go highest to lowest. The hardest part of it would have to be put the elastic bands on the box and the easiest part would have to be getting the box.
I think everybody’s instrument was awesome. This project was toatly cool!!!

I realy liked it because it was vearyeasy an fun to. I made maracas I used tape, paper, 2 cans, and a panting stick.
I think the hardest part was making the different legths of straws. The easyest part of my instrument was puting the glue on it and puting the popsikel stiks on it.
I had fun when we were showing are instrument.When we did it at home.But we had to stay up very long.but then we found what I wated. This was a great project. I had lots of fun.I wonder if we will build in grade four.
I thnik it was very fun to make a instroment.

I enjoyed this project. It was so,so,SO fun to do because I got to decorate it and build it with my dad. We all did a oreal presantion it was so cool to see everyones instruments and feel happy.
The easiest part me was probably presenting my instrument to the class. The hardest part was drying out the jones bottles. It was…AWESOME!!!
I had fun making my instrument. The hardest part was taping it together because I almost got caught in the tape. The easiest part was putting the beads in, but some of them got stuck to the tape.
It was fun makeing the drums. I really liked the project. Did you. The hardist part was finding the cans. It took me seven hours to find the cans.
